Update from 17.10 to 18.04 so many errors and bug please help

Ok so i just updated my ubuntu 17.10 to the ne lts 18.04,no errors on the update process, but no my screen its like scanning as if its 1 fps and my hdmi port on my gpu isn't working, tryed to reinstall drivers and nothing, i don't know what to do, here is a video of what is going on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTfLaICn4nk
