Minipci 34mm Renesas uPD720202 USB3.0 card not working sometimes

I have Ubuntu 16.04 64bit. My laptop is Lenovo G560. There is a 34mm minipci slot on this laptop. I plugged Renesas Minipci to Usb 3.0 card. When computer starts it is working. After 1-2 hours then it isn't working and I can't see it in lspci
command. My current lspci

result here. After a little time this is losing and I have to restart my computer for use this card. I want to restart or rescan this card or keep working all the time without restart my computer. I tried these but not working:
