I'm a newbie so please dont mind my lack of knowledge about ubuntu.
So I installed Ubuntu on my m.2 disk and I cant use my 1TB HDD, because it's "read only". Ive been trying to change it manually but it seems like nothing is working. Does anyone know how to set it up?

It's read only because of permissions requested when it was mounted. If mount point is owned by root and your user has no write permission, this happens. This is easily fixed, but tell us how you mounted it. And what type of file system is It? There are some file systems Linux can read but not write unless you install more drivers.
