I need to get Ralph software running in Ubuntu. I successfully installed it, but I need help with the configuration part.

    We may need more information to help you, I looked for ralph (packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=ralph) and it doesn't show as a package - so you'll have to tell us more about it (where is it from?). You should also provide your Ubuntu version, and why you tagged 'software-uninstall' & 'ubuntu-one' as I do not see the relevance/connection sorry.
