I've searching for hours trying to figure out why all solutions that I found doesn't work.
Every time I try to start Linux Mint 18.3, the session don't open and I got the error :

initctl: Unable to connect to Upstart : Failed to connect to socket /com/ubuntu/upstart : Connection refused

So I'm launching a terminal session and try to modify the /etc/defaut/grub file, with different arguments (nomsi, noaer, nommconf, off) found here How do I add a kernel boot parameter?
but it doesn't work and I can't find an other solution.

I also noticed that I get sometimes the following error :

drm:amdgpu_sched_run_job[amdgpu] Error scheduling IBs (-22)

When I'm running lspci -nn I got :
