How to restrict an FTP user to one directory and another user to second directory?

I have Ubuntu 16.04. I have installed VSFTPD on my server and created two users. Now, I would like to restrict an FTP user to one directory and another user to second directory. What should I have to do? In attachment is screen shot from vsftpd.conf directory.
