Connecting to Hidden Wifi - Mac Adresse

Hy,
Tryibg to connect to a hidden wifi that only accepts mac-adresses previously added to the system list.
I tried to find the mac adress and found two in the ifconfig, but both dont give me access. (Pw and Wifi-Name etc are correct, i checked 10 times ;p) .
I read and tried all answers from other questions answered here - nothing works.
how can i access the actual mac adress / what blocks the connection?
