Xubuntu (XFCE) doesnt start correctly when using Intel Graphics

since yesterday my system doesnt work correctly. If I use my second monitor controlled over an intel graphics driver, I cant start to my desktop and get always thrown back to the login screen. If I unplug the second monitor there are three error messages that say: "There is a problem with a systemapplication". Last updates I installed:
