Using WD MyCloud away from my home network with Ubuntu 16.04?

I have set up my new MyCloud 3T on my home network. I have no problem accessing it there. How do I access it away from home? Home network personal clouds is new to me.
I need some help figuring this out so I can access it away from home. I have Ubuntu 16.04 LTS running on my laptop. Thanks in advance.
