Black screen after upgrading Ubuntu 17.04 to Ubuntu 17.10 in VirtualBox

After upgrading Ubuntu 17.04 to Ubuntu 17.10 in VirtualBox, I was not able to login. It is displaying like this black screen:
virtualbox login 17.10
