How to install Logitech QuickCam express on Ubuntu 16.04

I am on Ubuntu 16.04 and I have connected a Logitech Quickcam Express (ID 046d:0928) to my elderly DELL Dimension 3100 desktop PC and I would like to install it to make it work. Could you please help? I would be most grateful if you could send your help answer to belayorke@gmail.com
