So earlier my laptop was working fine. Shut it down, reopened to the message 'error: attempt to read or write from outside hd0. Press any key to continue'. I press any key, and nothing happens. I have managed through trial and error to start it in repair mode, but no matter what options I follow in that, when I turn it off and reboot, the same error message reappears. What should I do? Please bear in mind I understand little about technology or the jargon. I have failed to understand other answers to similar questions, so please keep it simple! Thank you!
