I've recently installed Ubuntu Linux 17.10 (artful aardvark) on a previously windows laptop. The setup and everything went smooth upon finding that once I've input the correct password for my wifi, it waits about 45 seconds before asking me for it again.
I've tried looking at the networkmanager.conf
file and there is no evidence that there is a random mac address issue (affected lots of users wifi connection). The networkmanager.conf
file already shows wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no
.
I've tried an independent support team and they've been anything but helpful.
Please any assistance would be much appreciated.

Is this is an internal WiFi card? If so, could you add the output oflspci
into your question (as text, not a screenshot)?
