Getting video from an UVC device

Now I have a UVC device (OPTRIS PI 160), an Infrared Thermometer. I have already read official doc that tells me to use Guvcview. I can get a video stream from the device, but now IâÂÂm just getting a green screen.

This is dmesg info:
