The package systemd-sysv needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it

Now i am using ubuntu 17.10. While i tried to upgrade to ubuntu bionic bever by sudo command 'apt dist-upgrade'it threw an error in terminal. The error message is 'E: The package systemd-sysv needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.'
Now how could i upgrade to ubuntu 18.04 ?
