I had installed Ubuntu 16.04. To install some third-party software I had turn the secure boot off with my password, from Ubuntu. Then I uninstalled it.

Now, when I try to install Ubuntu again it boots with secure boot off even if I turn it on in the boot option settings. I know the password.
