New to Linux, so I'm not 100% in everything that I'm doing, but I catch on quick.

I've been trying to get my Netgear WNDA 3100 v2 USB Wireless Adapter to work with Ubuntu but have had no luck.

I've read tons and tons of threads of users with the same issues, but I've had no luck following their instructions.
Typically the version of Ubuntu in these threads is alot older so I'm not sure if that would make a difference.

Anyhow, here is the output of the Wireless-Info script:

I've installed ndiswrapper using the following command:

sudo apt install ndiswrapper

Using this link USB wireless Netgear adapter I've managed to get the driver installed and when I use the following command I do see the driver installed and device available:

ndiswrapper -l

But when I run "iwconfig" it says there are no wireless connections.

Some help with this would be greatly appreciated!

  • lsusb says you have a BCM4323. That's a tricky one - start with help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/Driver/bcm43xx

########## wireless info END ############

I've installed ndiswrapper using the following command:

sudo apt install ndiswrapper

Using this link USB wireless Netgear adapter I've managed to get the driver installed and when I use the following command I do see the driver installed and device available:

ndiswrapper -l

But when I run "iwconfig" it says there are no wireless connections.

Some help with this would be greatly appreciated!
