Full HD YouTube video flickering in Chrome

I have installed all required drivers (Nvidia) and VLC is just fine with rendering high-res videos w/o lags and flickering.
Have also tuned Chromium GPU options to enable all required experimental features:
Still have flickering in the YouTube videos when at Full Screen. How to fix it?
