I've been setting up a webserver with GitLab. Everything is working correctly but the only thing that bothers me is that after the server reboots Apache takes 20-40 seconds to boot up.

I've been trying to fix it for quite a while now but sadly my knowledge is limited.

Here are a couple of errors:

[Sat Feb 17 02:45:47.129050 2018] [mpm_prefork:notice] [pid 829] AH00169: caught SIGTERM, shutting down
[Sat Feb 17 02:47:10.316619 2018] [mpm_prefork:notice] [pid 820] AH00163: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) configured -- resuming normal operations
[Sat Feb 17 02:47:10.317656 2018] [core:notice] [pid 820] AH00094: Command line: '/usr/sbin/apache2'
[Sat Feb 17 02:47:10.320582 2018] [core:warn] [pid 988] AH00098: pid file /var/run/apache2/apache2.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run ?
[Sat Feb 17 02:47:10.323908 2018] [mpm_prefork:notice] [pid 988] AH00163: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) configured -- resuming normal operations
[Sat Feb 17 02:47:10.323937 2018] [core:notice] [pid 988] AH00094: Command line: '/usr/sbin/apache2'

If more information is required, feel free to ask.

Attempting to see the apache2 status during launch:
