Unable to enable wifi in Ubuntu 16.04 (HP Envy 4)

I have installed Ubuntu 16.04.
Even if i click the enable wifi option the wifi list is shown and disabled.



I have TP-Link TL-WN722N wifi adapter too.



lspci -knn | grep Net -A3; rfkill list
