Ubuntu 16.04 Totem crash at startup

Totem video player is crashing with some errors please help

My kernel information:
uname -a
Linux bulld-Inspiron-3521 4.4.0-119-generic #143-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 2 16:08:24 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
how can i fix this and make it start.
Please help. Thanks
