I'm hosting Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, and i'm using VMware Workstation 14.
Everytime I'm running 1 VM everything is going well, but when I start another VM my whole pc starts lagging and I can't click anything and after a while everything just crashes... Can anyone help me with this problem?
The VM's I am running are: Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 8.1.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English :(

Do you have enough system resources to be running both VMs at the same time?
