Ubuntu Bionic 18 Bluetooth stopped working yesterday on Yoga 920 : Worked on initial install, now it doesn't

On initial install last month on Yoga920 of Ubuntu Bionic I had no problems. BT worked. Two days ago the BT stopped working. When I go to BT in settings it says, "Bluetooth Turned Off", the switch says on. Turning it on and off has no effect. Tried turning on and off @ CLI and no effect.



I looked at some logs and didn't identify any updates that may have changed anything.
