Some days ago I decided to install Ubuntu 18.04 with encryption (I think its LUKS but I'm not sure [first time ubuntu]). This partition has around 900Gb. Can I resize this partition to two other smaller partitions and on one of those install Windows? This encrypted partition has default settings from Installation Ubuntu 18.04.

Unless there has been some new technology you cannot install Windows any version onto a drive that already has Linux. I think you can install onto two different physical drives read this Otherwise windows must be installed first and then Ubuntu.
