My sound settings showing list of devices, although I've nothing attached to the computer. The actual problem is non of them is working. My Bluetooth headset MIGHT work sometimes randomly!!

The mic has the same problem as well, many detected devices, and non of them working.

I tried to disable sound from BIOS and enable it again, but that didn't help.

I'm using Dell XPS 9560.

Thanks in advance.
