How to create a partition on Windows 7 for a HDD full under Ubuntu?

I formatted my hard drive as FAT and stored some data using Ubuntu Live CD. After that I installed Windows 7 on the second drive. How can I access to my stored data from Windows?
The HDD is marked as "Unallocated" so I scare to format the drive because it can destroy all data. I also can't use Ubuntu Live CD at the moment and I access the computer via Teamviewer so I even can't read the data. Is there a way within Windows to access the data and to create a partition for the unallocated drive? Thanks.
