Ralink corp. RT3290 Wireless Not Working - UBUNTU 16.04LTS

My network driver is so disturbed since I've installed ubuntu 16.04LTS, It just keep disconnecting and each time I've to run
sudo service network-manager restart
to get this working, and each time it work for some minutes and then disconnect again, the output of
lspci | awk '/[Nn]et/ print $1' | xargs -i% lspci -ks %
is
