How to update system with lethe installed

I am running multiple computers with Lethe installed. Is there an easy way to update the computers (for example by ssh) when it has picked the frozen option? Right now I have to bypass the Lethe option at the bootloader and run the terminal update as the unfreezed user, but it is quite time consuming.
