This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:
- "This question is specific to an end of life Ubuntu release. These are no longer supported and are therefore off-topic here. To upgrade, see: How to install software or upgrade from old unsupported release?" â pomsky, N0rbert, mikewhatever, Florian Diesch

You should upgrade to 17.10 (artful) which is currently supported.

But how ? I read that the only way is to upgrade to 17.04 and only then to 17.10. Could you give any reference?

You can try brute force method as described in askubuntu.com/a/361490/66509 . You can upgrade directly to bionic (18.04 LTS, will be released in 5 days), I hope. But be careful. Disable all PPAs before proceeding.
