Ubuntu to W10 Problem w/USB Drive Boot

When trying to boot into the setup for w10 from my drive, it asks me to 'select proper boot device and retry' or something along those lines. I've tried it in every slot in my BIOS I can, quite obviously rebooting, making sure I've got all necessary files for the setup, nothing seems to work. I used the Windows 10 .iso file on a FAT32 drive and I'm also using an SSD (ubuntu is on my SSD). Any ideas? Thanks.

At what boot order is your hard drive currently set in BIOS?

OK. Even though your BIOS looks rather different to mine, a couple of things strike me. First, the Storage Boot Option Control - does that set the BIOS to Legacy or UEFI, because currently it's set Legacy, and you have a UEFI BIOS? Secondly, why is boot option 4 the same as boot option 1? Apart from your Sandisk UFD, how many SSDs are you using and are they identical?

Q1) Changed to UEFI, was meant to be UEFI. Q2) Not entirely sure to be quite honest. Q3) I have one SSD, (PNY CS1311 240GB SSD) no others.
