Ubuntu wont open second partition on hard drive

This is my problem.I have two partitions on my storage hard drive.suddenly it wont open the second partition it says
Unable to access location..error mounting...can't read super block on /dev/sda2.
I tried restarting and getting into it but no luck. I am not good at this stuff
Anyone got any ideas would greatly appreciate help
