Not able to copy paste from locat ubuntu machine to the servers access through the bomgar

I have installed Ubuntu 16.04.4 as a local machine. And to access servers I have installed Bomgar on Ubuntu. I'm trying to Copy & Paste from this local Ubuntu to Windows Servers on Bomgar but not able to do it.
