Command to switch workspaces on MATE (second try)

I'm looking for the command who is run when we use ctrl+alt+arrow.



I already ask it, but @Zanna closed the thread, so I can not have a better answer than:
wmctrl -s $(wmctrl -d | grep "*" | awk 'print $1+1')

Which is not exactly what I'm looking for, because with this "hack" the little "popup" who show the different workspaces is not displayed.
