Not working on file share between OMV sever and Unbbuntu 17.10 host, completely lost and not sure what to do?

have setup openmediavault which has option for NFS, created shared folders and enabled.

the two folders appear on client computer labeled server-tv and server-movies but click them and box just pops up "unknown file system" cannot access

Is NFS best choice?
