I get a pop-up window "LibreOffice 5.4 Document Recovery"
Due to an unexpected error, LibreOffice crashed.
then in a box shows file name as "Untitled 1"
will not just create a new document. Have un-installed reinstalled Libre then did a full system reinstall full drive Kubuntu 17.10.0 then there are updates that install 17.10.1

  • Ok just uninstalled all Libre apps - restarted - added only Libre write and it is now working. so far I've added Calc, Draw, Math, CAD and all are working. Not sure why it is now working. Guess third times a winner.
