Since I must uninstall Ubuntu from the PC (with UEFI) I'm writing from, how can I revert
what said here by @maddin25, in particular the command Bcdedit /set bootmgr path EFIubuntugrubx64.efi?
I need it because I want the original boot, not the GRUB.
Do I really need EasyBcd? I found this question / answer, but it's obsolete, now there is Windows 10.
Is there a command line that I can enter in the prompt (like the previous one) to revert the situation? (I would prefer this)

Bcdedit /set bootmgr path EFIWindows.efi On my system it is in /boot/efi/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgr.efi so ... Bcdedit /set bootmgr path /boot/efi/EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgr.efiyou have to find yours, but should not be that hard.

  • @Panther, which is the best way? doing it from Windows as you said (and as what I'm running now) or reboot into Ubuntu and following the answer given by oldfred?

  • In case you didn't know, this PC is the same HP pavilion I mentioned in the first link, I upgraded it to Windows 10 when it was free of charge; I did it since it can afford this and gained also in performance ;)
