  • How can I move the top panel to the bottom in Gnome 3?

    6 answers

I have seen in some Linux distributions they have the panel on bottom. As I think it is good. So I would like to bring the Ubuntu top panel to the bottom. I don't want to install a DE like mint or other without gnome. How can I bring the top panel to the bottom and it's icons too. Can't I do it with coding. Terminal code or .Xml file editing or gsettings.?

Nice and Simple

I would consider installing docky from the Ubuntu software center!

It basically adds a dock to the bottom of your screen... Similar to Mac OS
