I'm noticing this from 2 days. When I'm using Ubuntu my laptop stops responding.

When I move the mouse, the cursor response is super slow but after some time like 5 minutes slow response gets normal. After all this incident finishing, there is a new file an unknown file on my desktop which is empty.

I keep my desktop completely empty - icon less.

On first day unknown file was TJ3690 and on second day file was TJ4210. I'm not able delete the file temporarily or permanently. In terminal it shows no file is present but I can clearly see the file. After restarting laptop file is removed.

I update my OS regularly, what could be causing this problem?
