Im trying to boot Linux using an SD card. It should work the same way as a USB.
I go to boot options and I dont see an option to boot to the SD card. I checked in setup and tried to add a new boot option but I cannot find the drive on FS1: or FS0:. Is there something I am missing
Im running on Windows 10 and have a Dell Inspiron 7000
Thanks for your help

Is the card locked? If so that could cause the issue. Also how did you make the image on the card? Did you use the creation tool from microsoft? Or did you burn an iso using something like rufus? If you did the latter then make sure you had the correct settings.

Welcome to Ask Ubuntu. :-) Booting is a feature of the BIOS/UEFI, not Ubuntu, thus off-topic here.
