Ubuntu bluetooth headphones doesn't work

I have Bluetooth headphones, but, for some reason, bluetooth just appears to work wrong (I can't sync my headphones).
If I try to use Blueman to pair a device, when Blueman try to pair, it keeps trying for 2-3 seconds and then says "Failed to add the device"
I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 and have tried a lot of answer for this issue, but nothing seems to work, and, as I don't understand what I'm doing :(, I came to ask for help.
