Dual booting loads straight into windows

I am trying to dual boot windows 10 and Ubuntu. However, after installing Ubuntu successfully i can not choose which operating system to load. It instead just boots into windows directly with no option to choose.
I have ran the boot-repair utility and the out was http://paste.ubuntu.com/=23XRScs3CT/. I am using a HP pavilion laptop and i know HP make it more awkward for dual booting. I have tried turning off both secure boot and fast windows boot. Neither of this helps, How can i get around this?
