Can't simply install Ubuntu on my Dell

the question is so easy but so annoying since i can't do anything. I've tried ubuntu 16.04, 16.04 gnome and fedora kde also.
The model I'm using is Dell inspiron 7567, and I've used rufus to create bootable usb. Everything was fine until the installation finishes. When the installation is finished, it tells me to restart the computer, but no matter which button i click, the computer stops right there, and freezes. Aftr that I try to use power off button, the computer starts as usual, and even ubuntu's password screen appears, but after i enter my password, it keeps hanging at that point.
On the other hand gnome version's installation does not even start.
What can be the problem? I've created the usb as both mbr uefi and gpt uefi but it doesn't change anything. From my bios menu I've checked my options, uefi mode is enabled, secure boot is enabled, and about the disk something options, AHCI mode is selected.
What do I do wrong? Thanks in advance

Had the same issue with a dell recently. Maybe you are bitten by bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-hwe/+bug/1751584 too. Can you try installing some older kernel?
