uninstall Adobe Flash

Several days ago the Ubuntu download had "Adobe Flash" included and now having problems with the browser crashing and other programs also and receiving gobs of unwanted Emails.
What now---can that be uninstalled and how?

How to uninstall Flash depends on how you installed it. But it's unlikely that the problems you mention have anything to do with Flash.
