SSH timeout in a Hamachi network

My laptop(Ubuntu) is in the same Hamachi network with 2 other machines(both run Linux, one Raspbian, the other Ubuntu). They also have openssh installed and running.
Both machines are shown as Online and green.
The problem is I can ping and ssh Machine A(Raspbian), but not Machine B(Ubuntu, can't even ping it) using Hamachi's IP shown in Haguichi. I am getting timeout error when trying to ssh it. But I can ssh to Machine B when in the local network, so I am sure that sshd is running.
Any ideas what could be the cause?
