getting configured multiple time error while updating my system

I am getting this output while I run the sudo apt-get update command.

I tried this link: How can I fix apt error "W: Target Packages ... is configured multiple times"? but my problem did not solved. I tried the first answer and exactly followed everything that was written in it but still im getting this problem.
