problem booting ubuntu initramfs no /dev/sda1

my computer Dell XPS shutdown brutally because it was out of battery, when I reboot it, it came with an (initframps) command line, then I spent a many time on many forums to try to solve it but it seems my hard drive is nowhere! even when using a live usb. see below some screenshot.
if anyone have any idea, I will greatly appreciate!!
