Internet issues in Ubuntu 18.04?

I have recently installed Ubuntu 18.04. The internet speed fluctuates drastically (almost every 30 seconds). At one moment in fails to load even google homepage and in the next 10 seconds it gives good download speed. This is happening constantly. Yesterday even the Wifi was disconnecting continuously. Help would be really appreciated. Thank you.
