Unable to access Samba share

I create Samba shared folder using Dolphin (Kubuntu 14.04):
1. I go to folder properties, go to Share tab
2. Check "Share" checkbox
3. Specify permission combobox for required user to "Full access".
Now I can see the list of my shared folders here:
smb://localhost/
But when I try to enter to any of my folders, I always get "Permission denied" error after specifying login and password. The same message I see in Samba log.
What am I to do to access this shared folder?
