Installing ubuntu on ARM pc

i happend to have a retired MPCF-1 10.4" Maritime Panel PC on hand. I was planning on repurpose it for other use. Is their any possibility to install ubuntu on it 🙂? It's running a ARM A9 processor. And it seems currently having vanilla Embedded Linux and Das U-Boot bootloader on it.
On the connection side the PC has USB and Ethernet port. So i may do usb-installation or over the networt tftp style? I don't know which one is easiest.
I'm a total noob on linux in genreal, hoping i can get some help on what i may try on this one :) (Please include the cmd line for the terminal as well, i'm really green :P)
