I was using Ubuntu and got some errors on the blank desktop, so I decided to reinstall Ubuntu. I have these partitions:

I installed Ubuntu on the / partition. The problem is that Documents, pictures folders changed and the system a new hard drive with the old data in Ubuntu
like this:

nautilus screenshot

Now when I import some music on Clementine and play it, after restarting the songs become invisible and I must import it again.
Another problem happened to me when I installed android studio and some SDK gave me an error that Home has empty space. How can I fix this?
